Jangteo Gukbap Dwaeji Bolsal

Jangteogukbap Dwaejibolsal is a second-floor restaurant in Munraedong, Seoul, serving dwaeji bbolsal, tosi-sal, and jangteo gukbap. A 200-gram serving of dwaeji bbolsal is substantial on its own, and the banchan have good flavor. Jangteo gukbap has a rich broth with plenty of green onion, and its seasoning becomes stronger as it cools. The owner runs the restaurant alone, so food comes out slowly.
