Jaengban Jip

Jaengbanjip is a meat restaurant in Seoul that serves frozen samgyeopsal (pork belly), budae jjigae, and kimchi stew. The frozen samgyeopsal is eaten with shredded scallions, and the kimchi is grilled. Long tables make the space easy to seat groups. Ventilation is poor, so clothing picks up a strong meat smell and the floor is slippery with grease.
