Ichiban Sushi

Ichijjibang Sushi is a small neighborhood Japanese restaurant in Seoul that serves assorted sushi and assorted sashimi. The fish is aged moderately, and the slices on the sushi are long and chewy. Ordering assorted hoe or assorted sushi comes with udon at no charge, and the fried king prawn is served as two pieces. Portions are on the small side.
