Ichagang

Ichagang is a Chinese restaurant near 63 Building in Seoul that serves jjajang and jjamppong. Its jjamppong is made with a smoky fire flavor and whole squid. Geojidak requires a reservation one day in advance, and the sign is not easy to spot from the street. The smoky taste and seasoning are not consistent across visits.
