Huibo Donkatsu

Huibo Donkkaseu is a donkkaseu restaurant in Seoul that serves Korean-style pork cutlets, sundubu, and gimbap. The thin, large cutlet comes with a demi-glace-style sauce, and set meals offer a choice of momil or udon. Each table has sriracha sauce, and the momil is served as part of the set menu. Lines can form on weekdays between noon and 1 p.m.
