Hosu Samgyetang

Wonjo Hosu Samgyetang in Singil-dong is a samgyetang restaurant that serves only one dish: deulkkae samgyetang. The thick, nutty broth is made with ground perilla seeds, pine nuts and peanuts, and comes with chicken, ginseng, rice, chestnuts and jujubes. Guests take off their shoes to enter and sit at chair-and-table seating, and side dishes such as cucumber, chili and kkakdugi are self-refilled, with takeout also available.
