Hoesang

Hoesang is a hoe restaurant in Mullae, Seoul, serving raw fish and yellowtail. In winter it offers large yellowtail and aged hoe, along with draft beer poured by a brewmaster. During yellowtail season a wait forms, and some customers order takeout. The hoe comes with several seasoned sauces.
