Hoemaru

Hoemaru is a hoe restaurant in the food building at Mullae Station in Seoul, serving raw fish and altang. The hoe course comes with raw fish and various side dishes, and the portions are generous. The altang contains many large eggs, and adding a little vinegar brings out its savory flavor, while the saengtaetang is served spicy. Grilled fish remains the disappointing menu item in the hoe course.
