Hanoi Restaurant

Hanoi Sikdang in Seoul serves yangji pho and assorted pho. The broth is rich, and the portions are generous. The noodles arrive as soon as you sit down, and cilantro is available on request. The flavor is close to pho eaten in Vietnam.
