Hangjeongsai

Hangjeong Sai is a pork barbecue restaurant near Yeongdeungpo Station in Seoul that specializes in pork jowl. The hangjeongsai cut is easier to grill and eat than whole pork jowl, and the restaurant also serves doenjang sulbap and daegu makchang on the side. Samgyeopsal and gabrisal can be ordered as well, along with kimchi bokkeumbap and noodles. The dining room is nearly full in the evening, and weekend lines are long, so reservations are needed in advance.
