Haesong Ilsik is an old-style restaurant in Seoul that serves seasonal seafood and hoe (raw fish). It does not use a menu, serving whatever ingredients are in good condition that day, and customers do not order separately once seated. Fresh hoe and maeuntang (spicy fish stew) come out together. The amount of food in one spread is on the large side.
