Gyetanmong is a chicken restaurant near Dangsan Station in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, serving oak-fire-grilled chicken and jeongol. The chicken is grilled over oak for a long time to render out the fat, and is served with grilled vegetables and nurungji rice, or wrapped in gim with rice, chicken and perilla leaf pesto. The wood-fire grill comes out quickly if reserved in advance, and the menu runs to lunch meals and evening drinking snacks. The gyechang jeongol contains daechang (beef large intestine), boneless chicken and plenty of vegetables, and there is a claw machine inside the restaurant.
