Gomjib

Gomjip in Seoul’s Singil-dong Daesin Market is a casual eatery serving suyuk, bossam, and kalguksu (knife-cut noodles). When ordering bossam, you can ask for one bowl of kalguksu to be divided into two portions. The suyuk and bossam meat and the kalguksu are tasty, and the kalguksu portions are large. Seats are often unavailable at lunchtime.
