Gohyang Hoejip

Gohyang Hoejip is a long-established raw fish restaurant in Yeongdeungpo-dong, Seoul, serving dotdari hoe, gang dotdari sekkosi, and yellowtail hoe. Vegetables seasoned with dressing come with the hoe, and after the dotdari hoe you can order maeuntang as an additional dish. Some customers drink soju from midday, and the side dishes are buchu jeon, yeondubu, and kongnamul guk, while naengmyeon noodles and rice can be added to eat the hoe like hoedeopbap. The skkidashi is limited in variety and not enough to fill you up.
