Geumwon Samgyetang

Geumwon Samgyetang is a samgyetang restaurant in a basement near the National Assembly Station in Yeouido, Seoul, serving samgyetang and chicken dishes. The samgyetang is boiled with one small chicken, and the broth is not overly thick, with the chicken meat coming apart softly. Choegye guksu comes in an icy broth with plenty of shredded chicken, and dak kalguksu, dak gomtang, dak gaejang, and ban gyesamgtang are also served. Baeksuk requires a reservation at least one hour in advance, and there can be a wait on weekends.
