Galvit

Galbit is a meat restaurant in Mullae-dong, Seoul, where galbit-sal and Hanwoo platters are grilled over yeontan briquette fire. The signature dish is the galbit-sal platter, and the marinade is slightly sweet. Lines form after 6 p.m., so go early or reserve in advance. The portions of meat are not large.
