Gahwa Yang, Daechang Sutbul Gui Jeonmun is a charcoal grill restaurant near Yeongdeungpo Market Station in Seoul that cooks lamb, daechang (beef large intestine), and special cuts of beef over charcoal. The menu centers on lamb and daechang, with deungsim and salchisal served as well. The restaurant closes when the meat prepared that day runs out, so orders may not be possible late in the evening.
