Deungchyeo Meongneun Galbi

Deungchyeomeongneun Galbi is a charcoal-grilled back rib restaurant in an alley near Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station in Seoul. The back ribs are grilled over charcoal and served immediately, then kept warm at the table so they do not cool. Sides such as yangpun bibimbap and noodles can be ordered, and ordering the back ribs in advance makes things easier. Charcoal soot remains on the meat, giving it a burnt smell.
