Dangsan Ppyeodagwi Haejanguk is a restaurant near Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station in Seoul that serves ppyeodagwi haejangguk and gamjatang. The gamjatang contains large pork spine bones, ugeoji, and perilla leaves, and the meat comes off the bone easily. The pork bones are soaked for eight hours to draw out blood, then boiled for several hours to make a deep broth. Bowls of rice are provided free of charge.
