Daebak Gopchang Gui

Daebak Gopchang Gui is a gopchang restaurant in Dangsan-dong 3-ga, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, a 3-5 minute walk from Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station. It grills gopchang, daechang, and tripe, and the mixed grill is served after a first pass over the fire while the garlic gopchang is grilled with whole garlic instead of intestines. The restaurant has operated since 1999, and the gopchang ordered is finished with a flame show, with cheonyeop and seonji haejangguk served alongside. The closing bokkeumbap is stir-fried to order and topped with a soft-cooked egg.
