Choryang Saenggalbi

Choryang Saenggalbi is a galbi restaurant in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station food alley in Seoul that serves saenggalbi and pork galbi. Staff grill cuts such as saenggalbi, hwangjesal, and kkot hangjeong on a custom cast-iron grill from start to finish. The meal comes with handmade kimchi stew, pa kimchi, and cheese egg custard, and you can bring wine or whisky without a corkage fee. On weekday evenings there can be a wait.
