Chilseongjip

Chilseongjip is an old restaurant in the sundae alley of Yeongdeungpo Market in Seoul that serves sundae guk and modum gogi. The sundae jeongsik comes with abai sundae, head meat, osori gamtu, and daechang, along with kimchi, kkakdugi, and cabbage. The dadegi is served already mixed into the broth, and the offal must be requested separately to be mixed in. The shop sits inside the market but is clean.
