Buyeo Jip is an old Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves seolleongtang, suyuk, and Hanwoo gomtang. It offers a one-person set that pairs seolleongtang with suyuk, and also serves Hanwoo bangchitang and ujok chomuchim. The Hanwoo kkori gomtang comes with a clear, rich broth, while the ujok muchim is dressed with minari, onion, and cucumber in a sour and spicy seasoning. The kkori gomtang is on the higher end of the price range.
