Buchu Sundaeguk is a Korean restaurant in the alleys of Daelim-dong, Seoul, serving sundae guk and pork gukbap. The Jeolla-style pork gukbap is eaten with saeujeot, dadegi, deulkkae, and a kongnamul-buchu muchim, with buchu added to the hot broth. Street parking is available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the gukbap is brought out boiling so it stays hot to the last spoonful. Parking is the problem.
