Banka Budae Jjigae

Ban Kabu Daejjigae is a budae jjigae restaurant on the corner of the Dangsan-dong 2-ga intersection in Seoul. The soup sits between the Songtan and chain styles, with the flavor of processed meat deepening in the kimchi and vegetable broth as it boils, and rice is served right away. The space uses two floors with wide seating, glass noodles come by default, and ramyeon noodles are ordered separately. The seasoning is on the mild side.
