Salon de Vegan

Salon de Vegan is a cafe near the Han River in Seoul that serves vegan banh mi, salt bread, and oatmeal milk patbingsu. The patbingsu uses oat milk instead of dairy milk, and the milk tea is also made with oat milk. The owner is vegan and stocks two oat milk brands, one from the United States and one from the United Kingdom. On Sundays the cafe opens early and operates outdoor tables.
