Boulangerie Seonyu

Seonryu Ppangjip is a bakery in Seoul that sells meal breads such as kampanyu and baguette. Bread baked in the morning is eaten right away, and olive baguette, walnut raisin bread, and olive fougasse are also available. The kampanyu has a thick, springy crust and a moist interior. The bread is frozen and lightly toasted before eating.
