Sugseongdang

Sukseongdang is a bar in Mullae-dong, Seoul, that serves aged hoe with alcohol. A set includes six to seven kinds of aged hoe, among them yellowtail and tuna, along with side dishes such as gim, mapo tofu, and miyeokguk. The hoe runs out early, and a wait forms on weekends. Meals generally take one to one and a half hours, and the small space and tables make it awkward for groups.
