Kwak Jiwon Bread Factory

Gwakjiwon Bread Workshop is a small bakery near Dumulmeori in Yangpyeong. It sells campagne and olive ciabatta made with domestic wheat and a natural sourdough starter that are fermented slowly. A line forms even on weekday afternoons, and only five or six kinds of bread are put out. The shop is very small.
