Hirokatsu

Hirogatsu is a restaurant in Yangsan that serves Japanese-style tonkatsu. It offers hire katsu, rosu katsu, and fish katsu, along with curry udon and cold memil. The shop changed its name from Shinsen to Hirogatsu, but the owner stayed the same, and one customer has been coming for tonkatsu for seven years. The rice is sometimes hard or smells off by the time it is served.
