Songam Space Center

Songam Space Center sits inside the Yangju Jangheung Tourist Complex and is an observatory where children can experience space. Programs include constellation explanations, telescope observation, a cable car, a rocket launch, and decorating constellations with glow-in-the-dark paint. On clear days, stars and planets that are hard to see from the city are observable, and the cable car runs when there are no strong winds or lightning. The restaurant is clean, but the food is modest.
