Charlie's Bread Factory

Charlie-ui Ppang-gongjang is a bakery in an alley of Seoul Dongmun Sijang that sells French breads and desserts. Its offerings include salt bread, ang-beoteo pat, brownie chocolat, and wild raspberry baguette. The butter laugen is a traditional German bread filled with unsalted butter, while the white roll is filled with whipped cream. Gâteau fraisier is a Christmas-season item.
