kolter

Kolter is a cafe on the second floor in front of Jeonju's Jeolla Gamyeong. It serves a caffe latte topped with ice cream like an affogato, chocolate mousse, scones, and matcha macadamia. Jeolla Gamyeong is visible through the window, and power outlets along the wall make it convenient for reading or working. Dogs are allowed, and there are seats for sitting alone.
