Chowon Pyeonuijeom is a gaemaek bar near Jeonju Nambu Market. It grills hwangtae over charcoal and serves it with a mayonnaise-soy sauce. It opens at 3 p.m., and the hwangtae can also be ordered for takeout or delivery. The interior is plain, like a rural shop.
