Schweizerhaus

Schweizerhaus is a large restaurant inside Vienna's amusement park that serves stelze, an Austrian pork knuckle dish. The menu lists stelze by the kilogram, the bill is calculated on the weight actually served, and Budweiser draft beer is also available. Although the venue is spacious, reserved signs sit on each table, so finding an empty table without a reservation is difficult. Staff are assigned to specific sections, which slows seating and payment, making a visit without a reservation inconvenient.
