Yongmun Hoetjip

Yongmun Hoetjip is a wild-caught raw fish restaurant near Ganjeolgot in Ulju-gun, Ulsan. It serves doda-ri ssukguk, made with large doda-ri the restaurant catches itself, along with mulhoe and wild-caught hoe. The basic seafood comes out fresh, and the maeuntang broth is light and clean rather than heavy. Ttaengcho is provided separately on request, and the hoe includes a generous portion of the fish body.
