Yetnal Son Jjajang

Old Son Jjajang is a Chinese restaurant in Dal-dong, Ulsan. It serves hand-pulled noodles in jjajang and jjamppong, along with dumplings filled with chives. Staff hand out aprons first so food does not splash onto white clothes, and the noodles are pulled in-house. The jjajang sauce is thin and lightly seasoned.
