Suragan is a restaurant on the 16th floor of Samsan Tower in Ulsan. It serves course meals that mix Korean, Chinese, and Japanese dishes in private rooms. Reservations allow use of a room, and cars can be parked in the basement or the Hyundai Department Store arcade parking lot. SUVs must use the department store parking lot.
