Sobaru is a soba restaurant in Taehwa-dong, Ulsan. It serves naeng soba as its main dish, along with sundubu and tonkatsu. The noodles have a chewy texture like jjolmyeon, and there is a millstone experience at the entrance. There is no dedicated parking, so cars must be parked at Donggang Hospital across the street.
