Hei Dining is a Western restaurant in Samsan-dong, Ulsan. It serves squid ink arancini, squid ink pasta, shrimp rosé pasta, and pork collar steak, and bread comes out before the meal. A partly divided space in the restaurant seats four to six people. Groups are common, so the room carries a lot of noise.
