Halmae Kalguksu

Halmae Kalguksu is a kalguksu shop inside Seongnam-dong Market in Ulsan. In summer it also serves kongguksu, and the kalguksu comes topped with aged pumpkin and buchu, finished with soy sauce and ground sesame. Customers take a number, pay in advance, and handle most of the service themselves, and food takes about 15 minutes to arrive. Dishwashing and shop hygiene fall short.
