Gildomae Hoetjip

Gildomae Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in a residential area of Boksan-dong, Ulsan. It serves thick slices of flounder, rockfish (ureok), and milchi hoe, cut to order. The maeuntang (spicy fish stew) comes in a large pot and is served with side dishes. Takeout orders are discounted, and soju and beer are brought in and drunk on site.
