Dong-Indang

Dongindang is a baked-goods shop in Ulsan that sells dessert pastries such as financiers and tarts. Its canele and financiers are baked until very crisp, and remain crisp through the following day. They can be stored frozen for 2–3 weeks or refrigerated for 2–3 days. Waiting times are 30 minutes on weekday mornings and 28 minutes on Friday afternoons.
