Bidan Mimi

Bidan Mimi is a Hong Kong-style Chinese restaurant in Ulsan, in front of the Taehwa River National Garden. It serves crispy shrimp changfen, black vinegar sweet and sour pork, and stir-fried water spinach. On weekday lunchtimes the dining room fills up, and there are four kinds of dim sum. The food is neat, but the portions are small for the price.
