Cafe Ibam is a small cafe beside the Taehwa River bike path in Beomseo-eup, Ulju-gun, Ulsan. It serves Western-style tonkatsu and soup, along with mango bingsu and coffee. Full-length windows look out onto the Taehwa River, and more than ten cats wander the yard. The coffee is disappointing.
