Ulju Folk Museum in Ulsan displays the everyday tools and play customs of past Ulsan residents, and it is a hands-on museum for children. Children can try outdoor folk games such as archery, tuho, and gulreongsoe, and can wear hanbok. The first floor holds exhibitions on the people, lives, and loves of Ulju. It opened in 2001 as the Ulju Local History Museum, and in 2018 the Ulju Folk Children's Museum opened on the second floor, with about 1,000 folk artifacts on display.
