Ganjeolgol Haengil Observatory is in Daesong-ri, Seosaeng-myeon, Ulju-gun, Ulsan. Walking along the coastal path, you pass a large mailbox and a windmill, and at the end of the deck you can look out at the waves. There is a public parking lot, and you can also park on the shoulder and walk. Wind is strong throughout the year, so bring a windbreaker.
