Saga Tofu Morika

Sagadofu Morika is a traditional tofu factory next to Seiryo-ji in Arashiyama, selling tofu, soy milk, and fried tofu. It makes hiroyasu, atsuage, and Saga tofu, and the hiroyasu contains ginkgo and lily root and can be eaten on the spot with salt. Tofu is available from early morning, while hiroyasu and atsuage sometimes come out around 11 a.m. There is a customer parking lot beside it, and the shop has no seating, so customers stand and eat on the street.
