Café de Emu is a café near Togetsukyo Bridge and Nakano-shima in Kyoto that sells bingsu, soft-serve ice cream, and warabi mochi. The matcha au lait float lets you choose vanilla, mixed, or matcha soft-serve, and the warabi mochi comes with black honey. It is about a 10-minute walk from Hankyu Arashiyama Station, and there are air-conditioned indoor seats and shaded terrace seats. The terrace allows pets and looks out onto Togetsukyo Bridge.
