Arashiyama Nomura

Arashiyama Nomura is a cafe near Togetsukyo Bridge in Kyoto that serves negiyaki and Japanese desserts. The warabimochi set comes with soybean flour, matcha powder, hojicha powder, and brown sugar syrup, and the negiyaki is made with finely chopped green onion. Window seats look out onto a garden, and on weekdays around opening time there is no wait to be seated. In summer or when tourists are numerous, a wait forms.
